About the author Boris Kröpsky:

The main focus of Boris Kröpsky´s consulting practice lies in the areas of trade and corporate law, M&A, distribution law, especially commercial agents law, as well as in national and international contract law and the law of General Terms and Conditions. Mr. Kröpsky successfully passed the theoretical stages of the trainings as specialized lawyer in trade and corporate law as well as in tax law. He will shortly finalize the practical stage of the training as specialized lawyer in trade and corporate law.
